Real-time Email Alerts, Reports & Downloads

VDP Web® captures detailed information about every visitor to the site. Page visits, link clicks, opt-ins and survey participation are recorded using the visitor's PURL (Personalized URL), IP address, a unique cookie and the session identifiers which separate different occasions when the prospect visits. Gain one on one insight into clients by the starting a two-way conversation and passively tracking the actions they take while on the landing page.



The robust VDP Web reporting interface features a clear and concise dashboard and all the reports required to make sense of your campaigns. Track a single landing or multiple campaigns in one place in order to compare performance by date. Click through to key metrics such as link clicks and survey results in both summary and by prospect views.

Real-Time Visit Alerts

An email can be sent to various recipients based on the needs of the campaign. Alerts can go directly to a sales representative or a centralized location as soon as the prospect opens their personalized web page, even if the prospect does not submit a form. The PURL address automatically links the individual back to their mailing record, identifying them by name, address and all other relevant information available in the data file.

Real-Time Survey / Opt In Alerts

Real-time email alerts can also be deployed to a sales representative or centralized location (e.g. marketing, fulfillment house, sales or directly into a CRM system) after a prospect submits a survey response or opt-in form.

Customer Access Reports

VDP Web provides permissions based, real-time, on demand access to PURL campaigns. Accounts can be granted access to various sites. Additionally, custom built detail reports can be specially created for certain sites based upon client requirements. These custom reports will appear in the report menu along with all other standard reports available for the site.

Enhanced Tracking

Just because an email was opened does not mean it was actually read. VDP Web can measure not only the open rate but how many recipients were actively engaged in the material by tracking activity beyond the email and onto a personalized landing page.


VDP Web will automatically segment lists into prospect groups that can be targeted based on the individual recipient's actions.

Segments include:

  • No visit / No action
  • Visited page but did not take any additional action
  • Visited page and clicked a link, watched a video, etc.
  • Opt-ins / survey responders

VDP Web allows for one-click export of all reports and clients lists that can be downloaded as a .csv. Upload responses into virtually any program. Unique prospect keys and dual keys allow for tracking responses back to the original data source. API access can push data automatically into CRM or legacy database systems.
